Welcome to ComeFront. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parham Paziraie d/b/a ComeFront ("ComeFront," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
ComeFront is a tool that helps people communicate with people they know through features such as agreements, desk items, blueprints, and notices. It is offered as-is, free to use.
To use ComeFront, you create an account with your name, email, and a username. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using ComeFront, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Please use accurate information so that people you communicate with know who you are. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Anything you create on ComeFront — agreements, desk items, notices — belongs to you. You grant ComeFront a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store and display that content to you and the users you explicitly connect with, for the purpose of operating the service.
How you use these features is entirely your own responsibility. What you write, who you share it with, and how you handle your communications is up to you.
Creating a blueprint is entirely voluntary. You are never required to submit one.
By submitting a blueprint, you irrevocably assign to ComeFront all rights, title, and interest in that submission worldwide and in perpetuity, including any copyright and patent rights you may hold in it. ComeFront may use, modify, distribute, implement, or delete the submission without notice, compensation, or further obligation.
You represent and warrant that the submission is your own original idea, that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, contractual, or confidentiality rights.
Submissions are not confidential. Do not submit anything you wish to keep secret or that is subject to a non-disclosure agreement.
ComeFront may publicly credit submitters whose ideas inspire shipped features (see the Origin page). This attribution is a goodwill gesture at ComeFront's sole discretion, not a contractual obligation, and does not transfer or limit any of the rights assigned above.
If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not create a blueprint.
You agree not to use ComeFront to:
Violations may result in account termination without notice.
All features in ComeFront — including agreements — are personal organizational tools and friendly reminder notes between people. They are not legally binding contracts between users and carry no legal obligation. If you need a real legal agreement, please consult a lawyer and use a proper legal service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO PROMISES ABOUT UPTIME, AVAILABILITY, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMEFRONT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, SECURITY INCIDENTS, INTERPERSONAL DISPUTES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
ComeFront takes no legal responsibility for anything that happens through the use of this service. You use ComeFront at your own risk and discretion.
If we update these Terms, we will show them to you again the next time you sign in so you can read what changed before continuing. We will not change them silently. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document always reflects the actual revision date.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or ComeFront. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
You may not use or export ComeFront in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. By using ComeFront, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ComeFront shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
If you reside in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply in addition to or instead of the above.
